Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and graphic communication skills and ability to work within diverse teams of designers
- Proficiency in Revit with 3D modeling skills (i.e. Grasshopper and Rhino)
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketchup or 3DS Max desired

The Project Architect/Manager will perform architectural design and development work for projects involving construction of new buildings and the alteration of existing buildings and facilities. The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to work with a high-performing team to support other services when the need arises.
Your New Role:
- Working collaboratively with designers, consultants, contractors and owners to achieve mutual project goals
- Engaging in ongoing coordination with engineering disciplines and design-assist subcontractors
- Managing the technical coordination and project scheduling of all phases of a project from concept through construction
- Experience with the development of construction documents for private sector work
- Organize and direct the architectural and contract engineering team to execute the work in an orderly, timely, and coordinated manner

- 10+ years of experience in Architecture

- Experience providing Design & Construction Administration services on wood-frame over podium multifamily construction
- Experience with building codes and tested life safety features
- Experience with exterior envelope systems from design through construction completion
